Founder & CEO – Shariq Masood
Shariq Masood is the Founder & CEO of AgenticMindWorks. With over 15 years of experience leading avionics R&D and mission-critical software programs, he has spent his career designing systems that must think clearly, act reliably, and never fail in the real world.
Before founding AgenticMindWorks, Shariq led cross-functional teams building and certifying complex avionics, embedded systems, and integration platforms for airborne applications. That background in high-reliability engineering now shapes how AgenticMindWorks designs agentic AI, automation, and enterprise software: with the same discipline, traceability, and systems thinking that mission-critical projects demand.
Today, he helps organizations move from manual, human-glue workflows to autonomous software systems that plan, decide, and execute work end-to-end—while remaining observable, controllable, and trustworthy.
